Reagan Quote

“The United States gives terrorists no rewards and no guarantees. We make no concessions; we make no deals. Nations that harbor terrorists undermine their own stability and endanger their own people. Terrorists, be on notice, we will fight back against you, in Lebanon and elsewhere. We will fight back against your cowardly attacks on American citizens and property.” – Ronald Reagan

Allen West Speech

There is a deal with Iran that the President it trying to push.  The deal is not good. at. all.  There are 4 Americans that are being held hostage in Iran and have seem to be forgotten by those who are wanting this deal to go through.  I am not good at expressing how I feel, so I'll let Allen West say what I am sure many Americans are feeling...

This speech took place today at Times Square, NY.  Thank you, sir for your service!!!

Made In America Monday

Every Monday, I am going to try to highlight a product that is Made in America.  The products could range from clothes to bake ware to games/puzzles.

Today's 'Made in America' product is a game. This game is challenging, fun and a great way to learn about the United States Constitution.  Having fun and learning at the same time is a plus plus in my book.

Our family enjoys playing this game and we have learned quite a bit about the different branches of the U.S. Government as well as our Founding Fathers.  We have owned this game for just over a year and we are always challenged each time we play.  To learn more about this game, click here.

(The opinion of this game is my own.  The owner's of this game have not asked me to make my opinion and I am not receiving any compensation.)

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate any such man because of creed, of birthplace, or origin.  But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but American...There can be no divided allegiance here.  Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all.  We have room for but one flag, the American flag...We have room but one language here, and that is the English language...And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the America people."  ~ Theodore Roosevelt

America has a problem with illegal immigration.  Too many are coming across the borders and nothing is being done to enforce the current immigration laws that are on the books.  American Citizens are paying the price and sometimes it is with their lives. It is time to stop this madness and start doing something about it.  If you want to know what is really going on, what certain politicians don't want you to know, check out these documentaries.  Your eyes will be opened!

Spirit and Liberty

"Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." ~ 2 Corinthians 2:17

"For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death." ~ Romans 8:2

One Line

I agree with one of the characters from the movie 'National Treasure'...the following line from the Declaration of Independence sums it all up...

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

It's time to wake up and bring America back to her greatness.  If you like a certain candidate for the upcoming Presidential run, do your homework on that person and then make a decision.  So many to choose from.

The Ten Commandments

And God spake all these words, saying,
I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
 13 Thou shalt not kill.
14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
 15 Thou shalt not steal.
16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

Faith and Patriotism

These two words go hand in hand.  Without the Faith of our Founding Fathers, Patriotism probably would not have been so strong.  Both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were written by men who were inspired by our Creator, Heavenly Father.
